Hair grows in cycles, so a series of sessions is usually needed. Your area, hair and response determine the schedule and any maintenance.

GentleMax Pro’s 1064 nm Nd:YAG option can suit darker skin tones after assessment. Your skin, hair and recent sun exposure guide the settings.

Follow the preparation instructions provided for your appointment. Avoid tanning and tell us about recent sun exposure, medications and skincare products. Shaving may be requested; waxing or plucking can interfere with treatment. Do not stop prescribed medication without advice from your prescriber.

You will receive aftercare guidance specific to your treatment. Sun exposure, heat, friction and irritating skincare may need to be limited. Use the recommended sun protection and contact us if you have concerns or an unexpected reaction.

The concern, skin and response determine the plan. Tattoo colour, size and depth also affect the number of sessions. Complete clearance is not guaranteed.

Melasma needs careful assessment. It can recur, and laser may worsen pigmentation, especially in darker skin. Medical guidance and sun protection matter.

Short laser pulses target tattoo pigment. Fading is gradual, and different inks respond differently. Your plan is discussed at consultation.

Tell us about allergies, sensitivity, your skincare products, medications and recent treatments. Follow the instructions for your selected facial.

PDRN is an optional addition. We explain the product, application and suitability before treatment. Microneedling is $140, or $180 total with PDRN.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment price reserves your appointment and is applied toward your treatment.

A 15-minute grace period applies. After this period, the deposit is forfeited.
